Terms of Use — Digital Products
By purchasing any digital product from Middle Man Moto ("MMM"), you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all digital downloads available at middlemanbrand.com/digital-store.
All digital products are sold as-is. MMM grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files in accordance with the license tier selected at checkout (Personal or Commercial).
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw source files with any third party. Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination and may result in legal action.
MMM retains all intellectual property rights in the digital products. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, brand marks, or design assets.
Refund Policy — Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Because digital files can be copied instantly upon download, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file, incomplete download, or broken link — contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number. We will resolve the issue by resending the files or issuing a replacement link.
Refunds may be considered at MMM's sole discretion in cases where a download link was never accessed and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately in that case.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting MMM support will result in permanent account suspension and may be disputed.
Privacy — Digital Purchases
When you purchase a digital product, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment is processed securely by GoDaddy Payments — MMM does not store your card details.
Your email address is used to deliver your download link and for order-related communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
